About Kamma
Kamma is removing one of the messiest, riskiest parts of the UK housing market: property licensing. Regulations change constantly, fines are huge, and even senior public figures get caught out. We make compliance clear, accurate and effortless — turning a painful cost centre into a genuine commercial advantage.
Our platform has been rebuilt from the ground up: fast, flexible, and built to launch new products quickly as regulations shift. Enforcement is rising, rent repayment orders are doubling, and demand from the industry is accelerating. We already partner with major brands like Foxtons, JLL, Knight Frank, Chestertons and more — and new integrations are opening powerful routes for distribution and scale.
We're an AI‑native team. We automate everything we can, train every team member on modern AI tooling, and focus humans where they add the most value.
The timing is exceptional: strong foundations, clear momentum, and scaling fast towards Series B. You’ll join a curious, ambitious team that values ownership, clarity and pace — with equity that reflects the impact you’ll have.
The Opportunity
If you see yourself as a high-output commercial operator who can spearhead the sales motion of a scaling PropTech business: owning the number, blueprinting an A* demo experience and turning a sharpening proposition into signed ARR, this role is your next milestone. Property licensing enforcement is accelerating, our Goodlord partnership is pumping warm leads into the pipeline and the Quick Check launch unlocks a whole new product line. You will be the connective tissue between marketing, customer success and the founders, and your performance will directly determine how fast we hit Series B.
The 3 Core Pillars of Success for This Role
- New Business Delivery: Signing at least £15,000 of new ARR every month and an additional £30,000 of monthly revenue from licence application sales, closing an average of 8 new deals.
- Qualified Pipeline Generation: Delivering 24 new deals into pipeline each month, 15 SQLs expected from regional field outreach and 9 SQLs self-generated through networking and LinkedIn.
- Commercial Operating Discipline: Running a clean HubSpot, beating our 34% demo-to-win conversion benchmark and turning every customer conversation into commercial insight.
What You Will Do
- Own the new business number: spearhead Kamma's commercial sales strategy and deliver 8 closed sales and £30,000 in signed ARR every month.
- Lead on field marketing: spend a minimum of 1 day per week on field outreach, targeting areas with new property licensing schemes and meeting agents there to educate them on the new compliance challenges, and how Kamma can support them.
- Land every warm lead: work 100% of new SQLs each week and contact every regional campaign lead within three working days, no opportunity left on the table.
- Self-generate pipeline: create 10 additional SQLs per month industry events, networking and a credible LinkedIn point of view in the lettings and compliance space.
- Blueprint the demo: rebuild the demo process into an A* customer experience and beat our historical 34% demo-to-win conversion rate by end of Q2.
- Drive licence application growth: deliver an incremental £30,000 of monthly revenue from licence application sales across new and existing customers.
- Run experiments that compound: ship at least one new opportunity-driving experiment per quarter, documented and measured, with winning ideas rolled into the playbook.
- Lead the sales operation: manage administrative support to keep HubSpot accurate and dashboards current, and live the Kamma AI-native standard by automating prep, follow-up and admin out of your week.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
