Role Summary
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Travel Success Manager (Business Development Manager) to join our team and play a key role in the growth and success of our Independent Travel Agents (ITAs).
This is a relationship-focused role where you’ll work closely with ITA's to understand their businesses, support their sales performance and help them achieve their goals. You’ll provide guidance, identify opportunities for growth and ensure our ITAs have the tools, knowledge and resources they need to succeed.
You’ll work collaboratively across the business, particularly with our Marketing, Product and Commercial team, whilst also building strong relationships across the wider travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and support sales growth and individual development across our ITA network.
- Monitor ITA sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Support ITAs with their business plans, goals and sales projections.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to help ITAs achieve their business objectives.
- Ensure ITAs have access to the right products, resources, tools and materials to support their success.
- Build strong relationships with ITAs, acting as a trusted point of contact and source of support.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product and Commercial team to develop and provide effective resources and support.
- Produce regular reporting and analysis on sales performance, trends and opportunities.
- Support the delivery of training and development activities throughout the ITA journey.
- Keep up to date with industry knowledge and developments to ensure you can provide relevant and effective support.
- Support social media development and growth across the ITA network.
- Plan, support and attend ITA meetings, events and occasional visits as required.
- Support ITA recruitment activities where needed.
- Assist with ITA induction and onboarding programmes.
- Contribute to the development of our ITA strategy, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, performance and long-term retention.
- Work collaboratively across the business to continually improve the ITA experience and drive success.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working within the travel industry is essential.
- Previous experience in a sales support, account management, business development or similar role.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage, influence and build trust.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting sales growth and performance, with good commercial awareness.
- Confidence delivering training, presentations and one-to-one support.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to identify challenges and drive improvements.
- The ability to work independently, manage your own workload and adapt to changing priorities.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Canva.
- A genuine interest in the travel industry and a willingness to continually develop your industry knowledge.
- A full UK driving licence, as the role involves travel and occasional visits.
