Location

Glasgow (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Salary

£30,000-£35,000 base + £12,000 OTE + uncapped

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Winning new business and securing new clients across a range of industries (80% new business 20% existing business)
  • Building your own pipeline through outbound activity, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting
  • Managing the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close
  • Growing existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Building relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders
  • Running consultative sales conversations to understand client challenges and position tailored solutions
  • Delivering engaging proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience and long-term account growth

  • Experience in a new business or outbound sales role
  • A motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, tech, recruitment, training, or professional services is highly beneficial
