Business Development Manager
Location: England, fully remote, with regular travel to customer sites across the UK
Package: Up to £55,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance + Expenses
A market leader in electronic component services is on the hunt for a driven Business Development Manager to help fuel its next stage of UK growth. This is a true new-business role, a hunter position focused on winning fresh customers rather than managing existing accounts.

What you'll be doing
- Identifying and securing new clients in need of electronic component solutions
- Managing the entire sales cycle, from first contact right through to close
- Providing solutions spanning PCBA, kitting, and component distribution
- Working across a range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, medical, industrial, and telecoms
- Partnering with internal teams to shape tailored, technically robust proposals

What we're looking for
- A born hunter who genuinely loves the thrill of winning new business
- Background in one or more of the following would be ideal:
- Contract Electronics Manufacturing (CEM)
- PCB manufacturing
- Electronics or component distribution
- Happy to travel regularly throughout the UK
