Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a hybrid, on-site role based in Three Bridges, responsible for driving new business growth and expanding Corporate Traveller UK’s client base. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting discovery calls and meetings, and presenting tailored travel solutions that address client needs. The Business Development Manager will manage the sales cycle from lead generation through proposal creation, negotiation, and closing, while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. This position also collaborates closely with account management and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, strong client relationships, and sustainable revenue growth. Regular market analysis, participation in networking events, and contribution to sales strategies are core aspects of the role.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in business development, or sales, ideally within travel, hospitality, or related services.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management, with the ability to work toward and exceed revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, including confidence engaging with decision-makers at small and medium-sized businesses.
- Competence with CRM tools and sales reporting, and comfort using digital platforms to research prospects and track activities.
- Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Relevant education or training in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Interest in the travel industry and willingness to stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
