Territory Sales Manager - Enteral Nutrition

Our client is a privately owned, market-focused business specialising in premium-quality enteral feeding devices and consumables supplied into hospitals across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Territory Sales Manager to develop and grow their presence across the Northeast and Yorkshire region.
The Role
This is a field-based sales position responsible for managing and growing business across NHS and hospital accounts throughout the territory.
Working with a broad range of clinical and commercial stakeholders, you'll build strong relationships, identify new opportunities and drive product adoption across key departments including:
- Paediatrics & Neonatal Care
- Nutrition & Dietetics
- Gastroenterology
- Geriatrics
- Stoma Care
- Continence Services
- Procurement
You'll inherit existing business while also being responsible for generating new opportunities, making this an excellent role for a commercially minded individual who enjoys both account management and business development.

Who We're Looking For
Applications are welcomed from individuals with:
- Medical device sales experience
- Nutrition or enteral feeding sales experience
- Wound care, continence or stoma care sales experience
- Pharmaceutical sales experience
- Hospital-based healthcare sales experience
- Strong B2B sales professionals looking to transition into medical sales
- Clinicians seeking a commercial career, particularly dietitians, nutrition nurses and other hospital-based healthcare professionals
To be successful you'll be:
- Commercially driven and target focused
- Confident working with senior clinical and procurement stakeholders
- Self-motivated and capable of managing your own territory
- An excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- In possession of a full UK driving licence
Package
- £40-£50,000 basic salary depending on experience
- Uncapped commission with realistic earnings of £20,000+
- £625 per month car allowance
- Generous mileage reimbursement
