As the UK’s onshore wind fleet matures, solving the blade waste challenge and delivering sustainable decommissioning is one of the renewable sector’s biggest priorities.
At Reblade, we’re at the forefront of this circular economy transition—and we’re expanding our commercial team.
We’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our market outreach across Scotland, the wider UK, and European markets.
The Role at a Glance:
- Location: Glasgow-based (Office, Hybrid, or Remote with travel)
- Contract: Full-time, Permanent
- Focus: Driving commercial growth, securing wind turbine decommissioning and blade-recycling contracts, and building relationships with major energy developers.

What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of BD or commercial sales experience (ideally in renewables, wind, or heavy supply chain)
- A proactive "hunter" mindset with strong end-to-end deal execution skills
- The ability to engage everyone from site engineers to corporate procurement leaders
