Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Construction or M&E sectors?
We're working with a successful, privately owned and rapidly growing business that has built an excellent reputation within the construction industry.
They are looking to appoint a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to help accelerate growth and develop key client relationships.
Location: Milton Keynes
Basic Salary: Up to £70,000
OTE: £100,000
Career Progression: Excellent opportunities
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will:

- Develop and deliver strategic sales plans
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead bids, proposals and tender submissions
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and secure profitable business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve growth targets
What We're Looking For
- Proven business development experience within Construction and/or M&E
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship-building abilities
- Good understanding of construction processes and market dynamics
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue
- Ambitious, self-motivated and results-driven approach
