Business Development Manager (Construction)
Location: London (predominantly office/client-facing with some remote working for administration)

Freedom Bridge is looking for an experienced and well-connected Business Development Manager to help drive growth across our construction network.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong industry reputation who can bring an existing network of contacts and opportunities to the table. We’re looking for someone who has a genuine passion for building relationships and helping clients win more work.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with construction businesses to understand their capabilities, connect them with the right people at the right time, and help them secure the tenders and projects that best suit their expertise.
At Freedom Bridge, we believe that by truly understanding what our clients do exceptionally well, we can create long-term partnerships, generate repeat business, and build a network based on trust and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction industry.
- Proven business development experience.
- A strong industry network (“black book”) that can generate an immediate pipeline of opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and confident working independently.
- Passion for helping clients grow and succeed.

Salary
Salary is negotiable and will be based on the individual, taking into account your experience, industry contacts, proven track record, and the value you can bring to the business. For the right candidate, we’re happy to consider a full-time package £tbc per month, but the overall package will depend on what you bring to the table.
