APPRENTICESHIP SALES PEOPLE!
Fed up with unrealistic apprenticeship start targets?
Rubbish commission schemes? Or perhaps no commission at all? College BDMs, we see you! 👀
What about flexibility? Maybe you're fully remote and miss having an office to pop into, or you're expected to be in the office when you'd rather work from home?
Or perhaps you're simply ready for a new challenge or a change of apprenticeship sector?
If any of that resonates, keep reading.
The Opportunity
We're recruiting an experienced Apprenticeship Business Development Manager to join a well-established training provider, selling apprenticeships across the business and professional services sectors, with a particular focus on legal and accountancy.

You'll also have the freedom to choose how you work, whether that's fully remote, hybrid or office-based, with a vibrant office in central Manchester available for those who enjoy being around a team and live close enough.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
