Summary
Exchange My Car is a technology-led vehicle-selling platform which joins sellers and buyers. After a significant growth period over the last 12 months, we require a successful business development manager to join our growing team.
The role will be focused on expanding our partner base through tried and tested methods, whilst also managing our existing partners to ensure a high-quality service.
Full training will be provided. This role is a full-time opportunity with future opportunities for growth within the company.

This is a remote role and will require the applicant to have a suitable office space available to work effectively.
Responsibilities
- Source, onboard and manage strategic partners
- Optimise processes to increase conversion rates
- Develop services offering to attract & retain relevant partners
- Build rapport and manage relationships
- Monitor, analyse and report on partners' performance
Experience required
- Business development
- Lead generation/management (preferable)
- Sales experience
- Relationship management / Account management
- Remote working
- Automotive background (preferable)
- Dealing with high-level professionals (director level)
