About the Role
SAI Aerospace Training Ltd, based at Glasgow Prestwick Airport, is seeking a dynamic and commercially focused Business Development Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will lead the identification, development and conversion of new business opportunities across the aerospace, aviation, and technical training sectors, supporting the continued growth and strategic positioning of the company.

- Work closely with senior leaders, operational teams, employers, regulators, and external stakeholders to strengthen market presence, build sustainable client relationships, and promote our approved training capability.
- Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities, prepare high-quality proposals, support tender submissions, manage key accounts, and identify new routes to market.
- Align business development activity with organizational strategy, ensuring SAI Aerospace Training Ltd responds to industry demand, regulatory requirements, and emerging workforce skills needs.
