Job Description
As a Business Development Manager in London, you will join Klarna’s Partner Success Team to maximize value from a strategic portfolio of UK merchants. You will translate data into actionable growth plans, drive product adoption, and lead senior stakeholder relationships. Your work will directly impact revenue outcomes for both Klarna and its retail partners.

What You Will Do
- Build and execute joint business plans for a strategic book of UK-based merchant partners to drive commercial value.
- Identify expansion opportunities and drive the adoption of new Klarna products and services across your portfolio.
- Influence C-suite stakeholders by translating complex data into clear, measurable commercial actions and business priorities.
The ideal candidate
- Has 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Account Management within fintech, payments, or e-commerce.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing value within an existing portfolio of accounts.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data insights into actionable business strategies for senior leaders.
