Business Development Manager | Woking
Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary + Growth Opportunities (salary advertised is total OTE, however commission is uncapped!)

Our client is a growing and forward-thinking accountancy practice based in Woking, looking for a Business Development Manager who can help them expand their business and maximise their current client base.
This role will give you the opportunity to spearhead the business's next stage of growth, and as a result, you’ll have the chance to progress within the company without limitations.
The Role As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving new business and building long-term client relationships. You’ll:

- Generate and convert new business leads
- Attend client meetings and communicate confidently with business owners and directors about all their accounting matters
- Discuss the benefits of different accounting services with clients and prospects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Play an active role in helping the firm grow from within and support team development
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- A background in sales, business development, account management OR accounting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with a focus on delivering results
- A good understanding of business and finance or a willingness to learn and develop accountancy knowledge for career progression
- Ambition to grow with a business and take on more responsibility over time
