Digital Sting is looking for an experienced B2B salesperson/new-business professional to take ownership of our sales pipeline and help drive the next stage of growth.
This is not a junior lead-generation role. We're looking for someone with a proven track record of generating and closing new business, ideally within creative production, advertising, marketing, content, or agency services.
We've built a strong production business and portfolio, with recent projects including Vogue, GQ, Ralph Lauren, and Hourglass Cosmetics. We now want to bring experienced commercial expertise into the business and build a consistent, structured new-business function.
You'll take ownership of:
- Building and implementing our sales strategy
- Setting up and managing our CRM
- Building a high-quality pipeline of target accounts
- Identifying and reaching the right decision-makers
- Prospecting through email, LinkedIn, telephone, and your existing network
- Re-engaging previous clients and opportunities
- Developing relationships with brands and agencies
- Managing follow-ups and progressing opportunities through the pipeline
- Booking and attending new-business meetings
- Working with our founder on proposals and pitches
- Negotiating and helping close new business
- Building opportunities for recurring/retainer work
- Reporting on pipeline value, activity, conversion, and forecast revenue

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're particularly interested in someone with 5+ years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or new business.
You should be able to demonstrate a track record of:
- Generating your own opportunities
- Building and managing a sales pipeline
- Working confidently with a CRM
- Selling higher-value B2B services
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers
- Taking opportunities from initial prospect through to close
Experience selling creative, production, advertising, or marketing services would be highly desirable. Existing relationships with brands, agencies, producers, marketing directors, creative directors, or similar decision-makers would be a significant advantage.

We're not looking for someone to simply send high-volume cold emails or hand us lists of leads. We're looking for someone commercially experienced who can build a proper sales function, create opportunities, and ultimately help us win more work.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Initially this will be a part-time position of around 1–2 days per week, with a competitive day rate plus commission/performance incentives. We're open to discussing the structure with the right person. You'll work directly with the founder and have significant freedom to shape how Digital Sting approaches new business.
For the right person, there's scope for the role to grow considerably as the business grows. If you've successfully sold creative/agency/production services before and think you could help take Digital Sting to the next level, we'd love to hear from you.
Send us your CV/LinkedIn, a little about your new-business experience, examples of results you've generated, and your expected day rate - jordan@digitalsting.co.uk
