About Us

Andrew Wright Windows has been supplying and installing uPVC windows and doors across Ayrshire since 1937. We've recently joined GHS Group, working alongside Green Home Systems as part of a growing group of companies delivering whole-house retrofit and home improvement solutions across Scotland. Backed by in-house uPVC manufacturing capability, we're investing in the trade side of the business and building out a dedicated sales team to drive growth of trade customers.

Role Description

We're looking for a target-driven Business Development Manager to grow our trade sales across the West Coast of Scotland. You'll be responsible for winning new business among trade installers, generating leads through cold calling established businesses and face-to-face visits, and building long-term relationships with trade customers buying uPVC windows and doors. This is a high-growth opportunity for someone who knows the windows and doors industry and wants to build something with real earning potential. You’ll work closely with our internal Trade Sales team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
