About the Role
We’re working with a fast-growing international professional services business. As the business continues to expand across the UK and internationally, they’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join their growing team.
This is a full-cycle B2B sales role, targeting businesses from SMEs through to large enterprises, with a combination of self-generated opportunities and inbound SDR support.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound opportunities.
- Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through to negotiation and close.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline, engaging senior decision-makers and consistently achieving revenue targets.

About You
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least one year closing new business.
- Ideally experienced in professional services, consultancy, financial services, legal services, or another consultative B2B environment.
- Commercially driven, confident engaging senior stakeholders and motivated by targets and uncapped earning potential.

- £40,000–£45,000 base + £90,000 OTE, with uncapped commission and the opportunity to earn ongoing commission from longer-term deals.
