- £38,000 to £44,000 basic, OTE £46,000 to £52,000 with stretch to £56,000, and the bonus is paid six-monthly.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Hunting new business as the Business Development Manager across the UK.
- Four days a week you'll be in front of customers, selling a unique refurbishment system.
- One day a week is for planning at home, plus a monthly strategy day at the South Wales factory, staying over the night before.
What You'll Need To Apply:
- Construction or building products field sales experience, with roofing knowledge a real advantage.
- Proven technical salespeople from manufacturing will be considered.
- Full UK driving licence.
