Position Overview

The role plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic expansion of uhomes.com's property ecosystem across the UK and Europe. Moving beyond PBSA, this role focuses on sourcing, onboarding, and scaling high-value partnerships within the Build-to-Rent (BTR), Co-living, and portfolio HMO sectors.

The ideal candidate will leverage an existing network of institutional operators, asset managers, and property management companies to accelerate inventory growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Origination: Identify, target, and secure portfolio-scale partnerships with BTR operators, Co-living developers, and established HMO management companies across major cities.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Lead commercial discussions, structure competitive commission/listing frameworks, and execute partnership agreements that deliver long-term commercial value.
  • Account Management: Nurture and scale existing provider relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to onboard and list new property portfolios efficiently.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous market analysis on rental trends, competitor positioning, and geographic growth corridors to identify untapped supply pipelines.
  • Team Management: Develop, manage and mentor junior business development executives, fostering a high-performance culture, guiding daily pipeline activities, and ensuring team alignment with broader UK and European expansion targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
