Business Development Manager | Remote UK | £65k | £100k OTE | B2B SaaS | Proptech | Field Service Management

We’re working with a market leading SaaS platform that powers operational delivery for highly regulated, asset-heavy organisations.

  • For over a decade, they’ve built deep sector expertise and long term client partnerships, with average customer relationships exceeding 10 years. Their platform manages complex, mission-critical workflows end-to-end and integrates into wider enterprise ecosystems.

This is an opportunity for someone who is comfortable standing on their own two feet. You’ll have genuine ownership of your sales activity, pipeline and territory. You won’t have a team of SDRs, BDRs or sales support generating opportunities for you. We’re looking for someone who can identify prospects, open conversations, build relationships, manage a complex sales process and ultimately close new business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You don’t necessarily need experience in exactly the same sector, but you should understand how software can improve operational efficiency, workforce productivity, compliance, scheduling, maintenance or service delivery.

This role will suit someone who doesn’t need to be managed every day. Someone who knows how to build a target account list, pick up the phone, create conversations, develop relationships, run discovery, build a business case, navigate stakeholders and keep momentum through a long sales cycle.

  • You’ll be given the product, market credibility and support you need, but we’re looking for someone who can take ownership and run with it.
