A well-established, group-backed provider of premium workplace refreshment and vending solutions is investing heavily in its London expansion, and building a brand-new business development team to lead the charge.

This is a genuine ground-floor opportunity: significant marketing investment, warm data to work from, and a clear mandate from the top to win in the capital.

If you're a natural hunter who's tired of inheriting someone else's patch and wants to build something of your own, this is it.

The opportunity

London's professional-services market; law firms, accountancy practices and similar high-value clients, is largely untapped, and you'll own it. You'll sell premium, solution-led refreshment services into businesses where quality matters more than price. These are high-margin, consultative sales, not a race to the bottom.

You won't be starting cold. Alongside a serious marketing budget and lead generation, you'll have access to a warm database of lapsed accounts that's already delivering results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll be doing

  • Generating and closing new business across London's professional-services sector
  • Selling consultatively - leading with the solution, not the price
  • Getting in front of decision-makers: out on the road two days a week, targeting four quality appointments a day
  • Building a strong pipeline through a mix of proactive outreach, warm data, marketing-generated leads and referrals
  • Managing new accounts through onboarding before a smooth handover to account management

What we're looking for

  • A proven new-business closer with a track record of consistently hitting or beating target
  • Confidence selling to senior stakeholders and navigating multi-person buying decisions
  • Genuine hunter mentality; resilient, self-motivated and comfortable creating your own opportunities
  • Experience in vending or workplace refreshment is a real advantage, but we're just as interested in strong B2B sales talent from adjacent sectors
  • Commutable to the Hemel Hempstead area (office day on Tuesdays) with the drive to sell across London
