Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and executing targeted sales strategies that generate new business and grow our transacting customer base among local mechanics and garages
  • Getting under the skin of customer needs to craft bespoke solutions that set LKQ apart from the competition
  • Staying ahead of the curve on market trends, competitor activity, and garage scheme propositions within the independent garage sector
  • Owning your numbers — delivering against KPIs focused on new business acquisition and customer growth
  • Partnering closely with Area Sales, Operations, Concept Account Management, and Specialist Sales teams to bring strategies to life
  • Championing collaboration across LKQ channels to keep everyone aligned and pulling in the same direction
  • Coaching and mentoring the wider sales team, setting the standard for best-practice sales behaviours

  • A proven track record of strong sales performance in a leadership capacity
  • A genuine customer-first mindset, with real experience growing and retaining business accounts
  • Confidence using data to shape commercial decisions and sharpen performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills — you can hold your own in any room
  • A natural networker who builds trust and collaborates seamlessly across teams
  • The independence and strategic thinking to make smart calls fast, in a fast-moving environment
