Business Development Manager - Tutoring Services

The Role: As a Business Development Manager, you'll drive new business growth across Local Authorities and Schools, securing partnerships for specialist education support programmes. This is a consultative, relationship-led role where you'll generate opportunities, build stakeholder relationships and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to retention.

📍 Location: Hybrid role based in London, combining home working with regular office time in Brixton (typically Tuesday to Thursday) and face-to-face client meetings where required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience selling into Local Authorities and/or Schools
  • Proven new business success
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Service-led sales background preferred
  • Motivated, resilient and commercially driven
