Business Development Manager

What's the role about?

Excited by the challenge of building something new and making it thrive? Have the drive to identify opportunities, open doors, and grow relationships that last?

Are you a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual ready to lead the charge in growing our presence in the exciting out-of-home (OOH) channel?

Full time, Permanent

Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum (£32-36k On Target Earnings) + company car

Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Territory: Leeds and surrounding

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategic Account Support: Work directly with universities, stadia, healthcare facilities, and major workplaces to optimize brand visibility, range recommendations, and point-of-sale (POS) activation - maximizing impact at till points, coffee stations, and chillers.
  • Contract Catering Growth: Target high-opportunity contract caterers (e.g., Compass, Aramark, Elior), setting up pre-booked meetings to build high-value, long-term partnerships.
  • Data-Driven Territory Management: Leverage PowerBI analytics to map consumer demographics, evaluate "perfect site" metrics, and execute tailored product strategies.
  • Efficient Field Execution: Plan pre-scheduled outlet interactions managing your own diary!
  • Quarterly & Event Campaigns: Drive sustained growth aligned with key quarterly priorities, regional sporting calendars, and strategic event activations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Growth Mindset & Commercial Acumen: Experience in retail management, hospitality management, or FMCG environments with a natural aptitude for driving a territory forward.
  • Persistence & Stakeholder Management: The confidence to navigate gatekeepers, build credibility with senior site leads, and secure long-term buy-in.
  • Self-Discipline & Team Spirit: Highly organized, proactive in managing your own diary, and enthusiastic about sharing best practices with the wider field team.
  • Tech Comfort: Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate PowerBI, CRM platforms, and route-planning tools efficiently.
  • Licence: Full UK manual driving licence (held for a minimum of 1 year).

What we will offer you:

  • £27,000 to £30,000 per annum + up to 20% bonus (£32-36k OTE) + company car
