Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role involves:

Daily tasks include:

- Prospecting and qualifying leads
- Conducting client meetings and presentations
- Preparing proposals and quotations
- Negotiating commercial terms
The Business Development Manager will:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
- Track sales performance
- Provide accurate forecasts and reports
- Monitor market trends
- Participate in networking events
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth
Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with a proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
- Experience in relationship-building, stakeholder management, and customer service, with a focus on long-term partnerships and client retention.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and decision-makers.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, including pipeline management, forecasting, and use of CRM tools to track performance.
- Familiarity with B2B business supplies or workplace solutions is beneficial; experience in related industries is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Eligibility to work on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom, and willingness to travel to client locations as required.
