Business Development Manager - Care Sales

Paragon Skills is growing its Care sales team and we’re looking for experienced Business Development Managers who can build trusted relationships with care employers, understand their workforce challenges, and connect them with apprenticeship solutions that help people develop rewarding careers.
Our incredible bonus is below, and this is all on top of your base salary, which is up to £38,000 depending on experience.

- 100% of target → £9.6k–£12k annual bonus
