Business Development Manager – Corporate Sales UKI
📍 Location: London, Leeds or Cardiff (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)
✈️ This role requires regular travel to meet clients in person.

About the Role
As a senior-level individual contributor, the Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
You will be responsible for developing a strategy within our Corporate Sales team to help sign new customers and sell new products into our existing, established customer base. To accomplish this, you will work in conjunction with other salespeople in this team and key groups across the business to develop a strategy to grow our business within your allocated territory.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, focusing on deal origination, relationship-building, and closing high-value partnerships and contracts.
Responsibilities
Opportunity Development
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target markets, verticals, or segments.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
- Perform market research and analysis to uncover trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Partnerships & Sales
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, prospects, and industry influencers.
- Lead proposal development, pitch presentations, and negotiations for new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Solution Consultants and Professional Services) to tailor solutions and close deals.
Strategic Contribution
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies and campaign development based on client and market insights.
- Offer feedback on product-market fit and emerging client demands.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.
Performance & Reporting
- Track and report on pipeline status, revenue and ACV forecasts, as well as market developments.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and opportunities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue/ACV targets.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new business logos and driving revenue growth.
- Proven experience in B2B sales within complex, solution-based environments, ideally involving data, information, or technology-led solutions.
- Consultative selling mindset with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence opportunities.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Preferred candidates will have experience in the Gaming & Gambling, Retail/eCommerce or technology sectors.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
