This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing SaaS business with a proven product, thousands of customers, and ambitious plans for growth.

We're looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager

to join their Leeds team and take ownership of the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close.

If you're commercially driven, competitive, and want a role where performance directly impacts your earning potential, this could be a very strong next move.

💰 What's in it for you?

  • £30k basic salary, increases to 35k on passing probation
  • Salary progression every 3 months, based on performance - £35k → £37.5k → £40k
  • And with £70k–£90k OTE, there's serious earning potential for strong performers.

  • Generate new business through proactive outbound activity
  • Manage your own pipeline from first conversation to closed deal
  • Build relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers
  • Identify customer needs and position the right solution
  • Run sales calls and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate commercials and close new business
  • Hit and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Develop and manage your own territory and pipeline

🎯 What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

  • B2B sales experience
  • Proven closing experience
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Confidence selling to business owners and senior decision-makers
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • A competitive, resilient, and commercially-minded approach
  • The ambition to progress and earn at a high level
