Business Development Manager | £40,000 + Uncapped Commission | Fully Remote

Want a sales role where what you bring in directly drives what you earn?

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join a growing B2B business and take ownership of new client acquisition from first call to signed deal.

This is a genuine new business / hunter role. You’ll build pipeline through outbound calling, run meetings with senior decision-makers, create compelling proposals and close the deal. Once signed, the delivery team takes over — so you can focus on selling rather than account management.

Our client is a growing B2B marketing agency that focuses on selling into industrial, construction, engineering or manufacturing sectors

What you'll be doing

  • Generate your own pipeline through high-volume outbound calling
  • Speak with business owners, directors and senior decision-makers
  • Run consultative sales meetings and uncover commercial opportunities
  • Create tailored proposals and present the business case
  • Close project and recurring-revenue deals
  • Maintain an accurate CRM and forecast your pipeline
  • Hand new clients over smoothly to the delivery team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
