Role Overview
Working from the prestigious Birmingham city-center office, you will use cutting edge auction technology, manage inbound enquiries and convert them into paying customers. No property experience is required. We will train you.
Use your sales skills to qualify opportunities, sell the service, handle objections, and work with other members of the sales team to convert leads into long term paying customers.
Candidate Requirements
- An accomplished salesperson or account manager with clear evidence of achieving measurable sales targets
- Proven ability to convert opportunities into paying customers and manage the full sales cycle
- Strong relationship-building, questioning, negotiation and closing skills
- Professional, honest and commercially driven
- Able to work from our Birmingham office
- Ready to develop specialist skills in residential property valuation and online auctions
- Previous property or auction experience is useful but not essential. Full training will be provided.
