Business Development Manager
Location: Remote (UK based) – candidates must be able to travel nationwide
Salary: Up to £75,000 plus bonuses
We are partnering with a leading asbestos removal company to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a genuine passion for sales. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving business growth, securing high-value contracts, and identifying opportunities to expand and enhance the company’s range of services.
The Role
- Take ownership of the sales pipeline, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Secure new high value contracts within asbestos removal and related sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers at senior levels.
- Identify and develop cross selling opportunities to offer the company’s wider services, including construction and demolition to existing and new clients.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions to develop the company brand.
- Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective clients.
- Manage your own diary effectively, prioritising meetings and sales activities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity.
- Contribute to the overall growth strategy and market positioning of the business.

We’re Looking For
- Strong sales experience with a focus on developing new business
- Proven track record of securing high value contracts
- Ability to maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Experience in asbestos removal preferred, but candidates from construction, demolition, or similar sectors with transferable skills will be considered.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Confident and professional communicator with excellent face to face presentation abilities
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently in a remote role.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationwide as required.
