New Business Development Manager – Software Solutions
£50,000–£55,000 + £5,000 car allowance + uncapped commission
Hybrid / UK-wide
Are you a hunter who loves opening new doors, creating opportunities from scratch, and turning conversations into long term partnerships? If software solution sales is your thing, especially in the document solutions, workflow automation or business process automation space, this role will be right up your street.
A growing UK business is expanding its sales team and looking for an ambitious New Business Development Manager to drive revenue, win new customers, and help shape the next phase of their growth.

💼 What you’ll be doing
- Targeting and winning new business across multiple sectors
- Building a strong pipeline through networking, prospecting, referrals & events
- Delivering demos, presentations and solution walk throughs
- Preparing proposals, tenders and commercial agreements
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Working closely with decision-makers to build long-term partnerships

🔧 What we’re looking for
- Experience selling software solutions (DocuWare, Tungsten or similar is ideal)
- Strong business development background - you’re a true hunter
- Confident, resilient and commercially sharp
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and a busy pipeline
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth
