At MSL Global, we build creative, high-impact live events, experiential marketing campaigns, and roadshows that connect world-class brands, including leaders in the automotive sector with their audiences. With over 40 years of industry experience, we bring brands to life.
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our team to spearhead new business acquisition and expand existing client relationships.
The Role
- Working closely with our creative, client services, and project management teams, you will turn new leads into long-term partnerships.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business leads while expanding opportunities within our existing client portfolio.
- Build tailored proposals and pitch decks in collaboration with our creative teams to win high-value accounts.
- Track sales activity via CRM, negotiate contracts, and deliver accurate revenue forecasting.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify commercial opportunities and help refine our service offerings.
- Partner with project managers, creative and client services for smooth sales-to-delivery handovers and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in lead generation and generating and managing a sales pipeline.
- Prior experience or a strong interest in experiential marketing, brand activations, live events, or working in agency space.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a natural ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Able to analyse market trends, manage multiple opportunities under tight deadlines, and navigate complex proposals.
- Comfortable working with CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office suite.
- You don't need to live near Alton, in this role you'll be on the road pitching and attending events, visiting our office only as and when needed.
