We're Hiring: Business Development Manager – Preston
Brancaster Homecare Limited is looking for a driven BDM to join our team in Preston.
The Role:
Full-time, on-site. You'll bring in new hours across Preston, Blackpool, and Kendal, with a focus on complex care. Duties include:

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management (health/social care ideal)
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven with a focus on winning new business and increasing hours
- Knowledge of complex care is highly advantageous
- Comfortable travelling across Preston, Blackpool, and Kendal
