About the Company
YIBI Group is a global manufacturing partner supporting international luxury brands with high-end leather goods hardware, jewelry, and precision metal solutions. Our Luxury Leather Goods Hardware business supports handbags, small leather goods, and accessories through product development, precision engineering, metal manufacturing, surface finishing, assembly, and quality management.
About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager based in London to support the growth of our luxury leather goods hardware business across the UK and selected European markets. The role is suited to professionals who understand luxury, fashion accessories, sourcing, product development, and long-term B2B relationship building.

Responsibilities
- Identify new opportunities with luxury leather goods and accessories brands.
- Build relationships with sourcing, procurement, product-development, and commercial teams.
- Introduce YIBI’s hardware development and manufacturing capabilities.
- Support early-stage client discussions, RFQs, and product-development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with selected strategic accounts.
- Provide insights into the UK luxury and accessories market.
- Coordinate client requirements with YIBI’s product, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, account management, sales, sourcing, or related commercial roles.
- Experience in luxury goods, leather goods, handbags, accessories, or premium consumer products is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with international brands or suppliers is valued.
- Existing relationships within the UK luxury or fashion ecosystem are an advantage.
