We’re looking for Business Development Managers who can make a real, positive impact. These roles are pivotal in driving our growth and expanding our apprenticeship offering to new and existing employers.

Full-time
Location: For candidates residing in the Northwest, our Manchester office will be your place of work (typically 3 days per week at the start of your employment); remote working would be considered for candidates based outside the Northwest.

What you'll do:
- Strategic sales: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and secure new opportunities
- Client engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Revenue growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective pipeline management and conversion of leads.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and employer/student satisfaction.

You're perfect if you have:
- A minimum of three years of experience in business development, preferably within the apprenticeship or education sector
- The ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans which lead to new business opportunities as well as existing client growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
