We're recruiting on behalf of a growing business operating within the parcels, logistics, and e-commerce sector.
This is a true hunting role, ideal for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, opening doors, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and win new business opportunities
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting to close
- Develop relationships with key decision makers
- Deliver presentations and commercial proposals
- Negotiate and win new customer contracts
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
About You
- Proven success within business development or field sales
- Experience within logistics, parcels, courier, fulfillment, or e-commerce sectors is advantageous
- Strong track record of winning new business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Commercially driven and target-focused
- Comfortable generating opportunities through proactive outreach
- Full UK Driving Licence
