The team is dedicated to creating seamless travel experiences tailored to each traveler’s needs and serving clients across the United Kingdom, GCC, and multiple global destinations.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients, and develop strategic partnerships in the UK and GCC markets. The role involves creating and executing sales plans, preparing proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts to increase revenue and market presence.

  • Collaborating with operations and marketing teams to align services with client needs
  • Providing regular performance reports to leadership

The Business Development Manager will also represent Travitude at industry events and client meetings, promoting the company’s travel and visa solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within travel, visa services, or related industries.
  • Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and partnership development.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders across cultures and regions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on meeting targets and managing multiple opportunities.
  • Comfort working with CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and standard office software.
  • Knowledge of UK and GCC travel and visa processes or willingness to quickly develop expertise in these areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in the London Area and travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
