About Dablam

Dablam is an AI-native reputation intelligence firm. We help corporations build competitive advantage through reputation, shaping how they are understood in an information environment increasingly mediated by AI and large language models. We surface information that is true and under-represented, and make sure it reaches the right audiences, in the right context, at the right time.

Reputation has become a commercial asset. What an LLM says about a company now shapes how customers, investors, regulators, and partners make decisions. We give corporate clients a measurable edge in that environment: stronger, more accurate representation where it matters, and early sight of reputational risks that do not yet show up anywhere else. Our advantage is proprietary technology that most firms cannot replicate. It is why we are trusted by global enterprises in regulated sectors and by major law firms.

We are profitable, founder-funded, and growing more than 300 percent year-on-year, with no outside capital. We are scaling a business that already works, in a category we are helping to define.

Why this role, why now

We are building out our UK team, and this role is central to how we grow in one of our most important markets. You will drive the outbound effort that brings new corporate clients into the business.

Reputation management is being rewritten by AI.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The corporates who need this most are only beginning to understand how much LLMs shape the narrative around them. You will be selling into that shift as it happens, at a firm that is already ahead of it.

Because we are early and growing quickly, the role will evolve. You will start as Business Development Manager and, through mentoring and by mastering the full outbound and closing cycle, have a clear path to more senior business development roles as the UK team scales.

What you'll do

This is a high-volume outbound role. You will spend your days on the phone and in inboxes, generating pipeline and opening doors with corporate prospects:

  • Cold calling and personalized outbound to corporate decision-makers, consistently and at volume
  • Following up on marketing-qualified corporate leads through targeted calls and email
  • Researching target accounts and the people within them, so that every approach is specific and relevant
  • Qualifying prospects against our ideal client profile and progressing them through early pipeline stages
  • Booking and, over time, running discovery meetings that surface a prospect's reputational exposure and commercial priorities
  • Maintaining accurate records of activity, pipeline, and forecast in our CRM
  • Working closely with other Business Development Managers and the CEO to refine targeting, messaging, and the outbound playbook as the market develops
