🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – Warehouse Storage Solutions 📍 UK wide, reporting to offices in West Midlands 💷 Up to £55,000 basic + £5k car allowance + £70k uncapped OTE Y1

A national organisation is seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Business Development Manager to help unlock and monetise warehouse storage capacity across a UK wide network. If you thrive on opening new markets, hunting for opportunities and converting unused space into profitable customer contracts, this role will suit you perfectly.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll drive new revenue by working with businesses that need storage for:

  • Inventory
  • Archive material
  • E-commerce stock
  • Manufacturing components
  • Project equipment ...and more.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and securing new storage opportunities across multiple industries
  • Building relationships with senior decision-makers (Ops Directors, Supply Chain Managers, Logistics Leaders, Business Owners)
  • Developing tailored storage solutions with operational teams
  • Maximising utilisation of underused warehouse locations
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and closing new business
  • Managing pipeline, occupancy and revenue performance

💼 Who We’re Looking For

You’ll be a strong fit if you are:

  • A natural hunter with proven new-business success
  • Experienced in warehousing, logistics, storage, distribution, supply chain, commercial property, records management or facilities management
  • Motivated by revenue, commission and creating opportunities from scratch
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable travelling nationally
  • Commercially sharp, proactive and entrepreneurial
