- Salary: £36,000 + bonus opportunity (OTE up to £60,000)

- Salary: £36,000 + bonus opportunity (OTE up to £60,000)
- Location: Hybrid (Manchester ideally) or remote (UK), with occasional travel to client meetings, networking events and team gatherings
- Contract: Full time, permanent

We're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help grow our client base, build strong relationships, and identify new business opportunities across the public and private sectors.

What You'll Do
- Generate and win new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Promote Reed Screening's screening and compliance solutions.
- Manage opportunities from initial contact through to contract win and onboarding.
- Attend networking events, client meetings and industry events to build your network and generate leads.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent client experience.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in business development, sales or account management.
- A proven track record of winning new business.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, target-driven approach.
- Experience within recruitment, screening, compliance or outsourcing is beneficial, but not essential.
