  • Salary: £36,000 + bonus opportunity (OTE up to £60,000)

  • Salary: £36,000 + bonus opportunity (OTE up to £60,000)
  • Location: Hybrid (Manchester ideally) or remote (UK), with occasional travel to client meetings, networking events and team gatherings
  • Contract: Full time, permanent

What You'll Do

  • Generate and win new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Promote Reed Screening's screening and compliance solutions.
  • Manage opportunities from initial contact through to contract win and onboarding.
  • Attend networking events, client meetings and industry events to build your network and generate leads.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent client experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in business development, sales or account management.
  • A proven track record of winning new business.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, target-driven approach.
  • Experience within recruitment, screening, compliance or outsourcing is beneficial, but not essential.
