Atrium Associates are delighted to be supporting our client in the search for an ambitious Business Development Manager.

Our client is an ambitious, fast-growing technology solutions provider helping businesses unlock their potential through Managed IT Services, Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security and Digital Transformation. With significant growth plans and continued investment across the business, they are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to join their high-performing commercial team.

Previous MSP sales experience is essential for this role.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the heart of the company's growth strategy, creating new opportunities and helping organisations overcome their technology challenges through innovative solutions.
- You'll be responsible for identifying, nurturing and securing new business opportunities, working consultatively with prospective clients to understand their objectives and deliver solutions that add real value.
- From initial conversations through to contract completion, you'll own the sales process and be empowered to make a genuine commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert new business opportunities across Managed IT, Cloud and Cyber Security services.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking and relationship building.
- Develop trusted relationships with business owners, directors and senior decision-makers.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and solution proposals.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Work collaboratively with technical and pre-sales teams to create tailored solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
- Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities and customer meetings.
About You
We're looking for a naturally driven and commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities.
Essential Experience
- Proven business development or sales experience within an MSP environment.
- Track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM system effectively.
- Good understanding of Managed IT Services, Cloud and Cyber Security solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
