Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager
We're recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join BMS Performance's Engineering & Technical recruitment division in our Bristol office.
Responsibilities
- Develop new recruitment partnerships with engineering and technical businesses that meet a clearly defined ideal customer profile.
- Focus on companies that have been well researched and are genuinely worth prospecting.
- Execute a targeted business development strategy with a focus on quality rather than volume.
- Engage hiring managers, engineering leaders, operations directors, HR teams, and senior decision-makers to build long-term recruitment partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from winning new business through to developing and growing client relationships.
- Benefit from a strong database of prospect accounts to target, alongside regular inbound opportunities.

Requirements
- 2+ years' B2B sales experience where you have managed the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing business.
- Experience of growing revenue through account development.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques.
- Naturally curious with the ability to think critically.
- High level of coachability and a genuine desire for continuous self-improvement.
Package
- Up to £35K-£50K basic salary (dependent on experience)
- Uncapped bonus scheme with average OTE of £10K in year one, £15K in year two, and £30K+ in year three
