Business Development Manager – North England

We’re recruiting a driven Business Development Manager to cover North England, joining a growing business that specialises in luxury packaging for premium brands.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing new business, building long-term relationships, and representing a high-quality product offering in the market.

The role is totally remote but requires someone based in the north of England to cover target market.

The Role

As Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Develop new business opportunities across North England
  • Sell bespoke, luxury packaging solutions to premium brands
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and customers
  • Win new accounts and grow existing relationships
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to close
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer delivery
  • Act as a brand ambassador across the region

About You

You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience in B2B business development or field sales
  • Experience selling packaging, print, or luxury/premium products (preferred, not essential)
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • A self-motivated, results-driven mindset
  • A full UK driving licence
