About URUNN

URUNN is building the world's most personalised digital running coach. Co-founded by Sir Mo Farah and Adam Clarke, alongside 10XU as a co-founding partner, URUNN combines world-class running expertise, technology and personalisation to help runners of all abilities train smarter, achieve their goals and get more from their running.

We're entering an exciting phase of growth, with ambitions to significantly expand our consumer base, commercial partnerships and international presence.

The Role

This is a hands-on new business role for someone who loves opening doors, building relationships and turning opportunities into commercial partnerships. You'll take ownership of developing URUNN's commercial pipeline across both B2B and direct-to-consumer (D2C) growth channels, identifying and securing new partners across sectors including loyalty and rewards, employee wellbeing, healthcare, running events, brands, membership organisations and other strategic distribution channels, while also identifying opportunities to grow D2C reach, engagement and customer adoption.

You'll own opportunities from initial prospecting and outreach through to discovery, proposal development, negotiation, contracting and launch, working closely with URUNN's founders and senior leadership team to help shape commercial strategy and identify new routes to market.

This is primarily a new business role, so we're looking for someone genuinely motivated by building pipeline, winning business and delivering revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities, B2B and D2C, aligned with URUNN's growth strategy.
  • Proactively build relationships with prospective partners, clients, sponsors and strategic organisations.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospect identification and outreach through discovery, proposal, commercial negotiation, contracting, and launch.
  • Build and maintain a strong, qualified commercial pipeline and consistently work towards agreed revenue targets.
  • Develop opportunities across areas including loyalty and rewards, corporate wellbeing, healthcare, running events and races, sports brands, travel, retail, membership organisations and strategic distribution partnerships.
  • Create compelling, tailored proposals and partnership propositions that demonstrate URUNN's commercial and strategic value.
  • Develop creative partnership models that drive revenue, brand awareness, user acquisition and engagement.
  • Identify and secure race and running-community partnerships that strengthen URUNN's presence within the running ecosystem.
  • Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and develop new opportunities within strategic accounts.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, engineering and operations teams to ensure partnerships move successfully from sale through to launch.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting and revenue forecasts.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and identify emerging commercial opportunities within running, fitness, wellness and digital health.
  • Represent URUNN at relevant industry events, conferences, races and partner meetings.
  • Work closely with the founders and senior leadership team to help shape URUNN's commercial strategy and go-to-market plans.
  • Support URUNN's expansion into new international markets and identify opportunities to accelerate global growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why URUNN?

This isn't a role where you'll simply inherit a list of accounts and maintain existing relationships. You'll have the opportunity to help build the commercial engine behind an ambitious running technology business, shape how we go to market, and create partnerships that could put URUNN in front of millions of runners globally.

We're at an early enough stage for you to make a significant impact, but with the brand, founders, technology and ambition to build something much bigger.

If you're commercially ambitious, love creating opportunities and want to help build the next major brand in running, we'd love to hear from you.
