Business Development Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong commercial background, ideally within construction or Engineering.

The Role

The role will focus on:

  • Developing new business and managing key client relationships
  • Identifying and securing new project opportunities
  • Reading and understanding technical drawings
  • Tendering and pricing projects
  • Negotiating with clients and supporting projects from enquiry through to completion

Compensation and Benefits

  • Up to £60,000 DOE + Car Allowance
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

  • Monday–Friday, 40 hours
