Outbound Sales Executive | Hair & Beauty Tech

£42,000 base + uncapped commission £1,200 monthly commission at target Fully Remote UK | London office available

We’re hiring for a Hair & Beauty technology business that already works with 50,000+ salon partners across 13 countries and processes more than 8 million bookings every month.

The business combines a major consumer booking marketplace with salon management software, helping Hair & Beauty businesses attract new customers, manage bookings and run their day-to-day operations.

And they’re continuing to grow. The UK outbound sales team is currently significantly over target, new products are being launched into the market, and they’re now adding further headcount to capitalise on that growth.

The Role

This is a full-cycle outbound sales role where you’ll own the process from first cold call through to signed partner.

You’ll be given your own territory and will be responsible for identifying Hair & Beauty businesses, generating your own pipeline, speaking directly with owners and decision-makers, running product demos and closing new partners.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Success comes from making 60+ calls per day, alongside prospecting and building your own pipeline, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone and creating their own opportunities.

You’ll:

  • Generate your own pipeline through cold calling and prospecting
  • Make 60+ outbound calls per day
  • Own a defined UK territory
  • Run virtual product demonstrations
  • Understand how each prospect currently runs their business and recommend the right software package
  • Manage opportunities from cold outreach → discovery → demo → close
  • Work with the Training team to onboard new partners
  • Support partners through their first two months of adopting the software
  • Work towards monthly sales and activity targets

What We’re Looking For

This isn’t a role for someone who has primarily relied on inbound leads.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years’ proven closing experience
  • Genuine experience working in a high-volume outbound environment
  • Experience making around 60+ calls per day
  • A track record of generating their own pipeline
  • Experience managing opportunities from cold prospect through to close
  • A clear and repeatable sales process
  • Confidence running discovery calls and product demonstrations
  • Evidence of consistently achieving sales targets

You’d be joining a business with 700 employees across Europe, 50,000+ partners, operations across 13 countries and 8 million+ bookings processed every month, at a point where the UK sales team is exceeding target and further product launches are creating new opportunities to sell.

If you’re already succeeding in high-volume outbound sales and want to take that experience into an established European technology business, this could be a really interesting next step.
