Business Development Manager
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Manager to help expand OASES's customer base.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for aviation and enterprise software who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and helping airlines, MROs and CAMOs achieve their airworthiness, compliance and operational goals through proven maintenance software.
You will work closely with Head of Sales and Marketing team to identify leads, qualify opportunities, prepare proposals, and support the full sales cycle — from first contact through to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities across airlines, MROs, CAMOs, lessors and spares suppliers
- Research prospects to understand their fleet profile, regulatory environment (EASA / FAA / other), and maintenance and airworthiness challenges
- Generate and manage a consistent sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and inbound leads
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation in collaboration with product and pre-sales teams, mapping OASES modules to customer requirements
- Support client presentations, software demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers — Maintenance & Engineering Directors, CAMO Managers, Heads of Airworthiness, IT and Procurement leads
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, customer success, professional services and support teams to ensure a smooth handover and long-term customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales activity and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Experience with outbound sales motions across B2B / enterprise sales cycles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Comfort selling into technical or operational environments and engaging technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in aviation, MRO/CAMO, or enterprise/SaaS software — familiarity with continuing airworthiness, maintenance planning, or fleet management concepts is a strong advantage
- Awareness of aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA Part-M / Part-CAMO, FAA)
- Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events (e.g., MRO trade shows)
- Team-oriented, ambitious, and eager to grow within an international organization.
