The Company

This is a founder-led technology services provider and long-standing technology consultancy, delivering enterprise networking, voice and collaboration, EUC, security and smart building solutions to organisations across healthcare, education and enterprise. The business has built its reputation on major, business-critical infrastructure programmes and a client base that stays put.

Driven by continued growth, they're expanding the sales function and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to win, grow and retain enterprise accounts. This isn't a cold-start BDM role where you're left to fend for yourself. You'll be armed with genuinely compelling lead magnets and door openers – free network assessments, AI-readiness reviews, funded proof-of-concept engagements and marketing-led campaigns designed to get you in front of senior stakeholders – plus a dedicated SDR working your market. This is a mature business with real delivery capability behind it, not a reseller chasing volume, and the sales team is supported accordingly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
