Description

We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team at Wanstor. You’ll take the lead in winning new customers and creating new business opportunities, building relationships with senior decision-makers and helping organisations solve real business challenges through technology.

You’ll be selling across Wanstor’s portfolio of managed IT, cloud, cyber security, networking, modern workplace and AI solutions, working closely with our technical and presales teams to shape solutions that deliver genuine value.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves opening doors, building relationships and winning new business. You’ll have the freedom to develop opportunities, bring new ideas to customers and play a visible role in Wanstor’s continued growth.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams on lead generation campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and ensure the sales pipeline is always up to date.
  • Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and tenders with compelling and tailored responses.
  • Contribute to revenue and margin growth by meeting or exceeding individual targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
